Client request: The client asked for simple, reliable upgrades that would modernise the property, meet regulations, and provide long-lasting security without going down the “fancy” route.
Installation:
- Bedroom window – fitted with a design that meets fire escape regulations.
- Downstairs windows – upgraded with high-level openers for fresh air without compromising on security.
- Bathroom window – carefully bricked up a couple of courses to allow for the sink to be moved.
- Back door – our standard model, complete with a reinforced panel and 5-point multi-lock, installed at our set price of £790+VAT.
