Fab service, value for money price, quality finish and very tidy friendly workers. This is the second time we have used BGS and we wouldn't use anyone else. Their prices reflect the quality of the fit and finish, and are highly competitive with larger national retailers. 10/10

Earlier this year I started the often frustrating process of getting quotations for some new windows and a new front door. In most cases you get a salesman who doesn't want to leave your house without you buying from them. Vastly inflated prices that they can give giant discounts on if you agree it there and then. This is not what happens with Birmingham Glass.I completed a contact form and received a call to book an appointment for someone to visit. Ben Judd came out, he discussed what we wanted, took some measurements and said he would send a quote out via email (which I got the same day). It was an honest and fair price, I didn't receive 100s of calls trying to get me to sign up, but I did get all my questions answered in a timely manner via email (which suited me perfectly).Ordering was very simple (we ordered half the windows quoted for giving us time to save for the other half), we got an installation date and paid our deposit. The guys turned up on time and worked tirelessly (noticed not only by us, but also by our neighbours and passers by) getting everything right first time and then tidying up after themselves.The team talked us through what they were doing and even made recommendations to get the best finish. I hope they get the recognition they deserve as they have done the company proud!We could not be happier with our experience and can honestly say, they are so much better than any other window company we have dealt with. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from start to finish. All the members of the team are polite and professional. The fitting team did an excellent job. They were considerate and tidy. Love our new windows. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Birmingham Glass Services were recommended to me when I was looking to replace some porch doors and framesSalesman came out to measure up and advised me what would work best for what I wantedA competitive quote (not the cheapest) was given and my order was placedA second visit by a surveyor put me at ease about the final fittingI changed my mind on a couple of things and BGS were excellent about itFitters arrived on date and precisely on timeOld porch doors and frames disappeared and new ones were fitted with fitters clean and tidy all the way through the time they were at the houseOne slight issue was sorted within 24 hours and I am delighted with the resultsSo glad I chose Birmingham Glass Services to do this job
