We’re a large and growing team and, when we call ourselves a family, we mean it literally!
It starts at the top with Mick and Mike (father and son), who manage the company. Mick’s nephew Sam (aka Mike’s cousin) is one of our lead fitters. Then, there’s Jayne, who is officially the Financial Controller, but she’s also unofficially Mum to everyone in the company (and has been for over 20 years). Jayne’s daughter, Rachel also helps on the administration team.
Then we have brothers, Josh and Jermaine, in fabrication along with father and son, Steve and Sam, on the installation team. You can also find long-standing best friends, Martin and Rob, in the factory.
We said that we meant it literally!
Our team all undergo DBS checks and those working hands on are NVQ-qualified or completing an apprenticeship, so we’re confident that you’ll have a safe and skilful experience with us.
Our team are a big reason why most of our new business comes from existing customers who recommend us. We know our customers are happy: we send a customer review survey after every job. They’ve also rated us:
4.6/5 on Google
4.6/5 on Yell
5/5 on Facebook

Installation
Our expert fitting teams are NVQ-qualified in all aspects of their work. Steve, our longest serving fitter, has been with the company practically from the beginning. He’s now sharing his knowledge with the younger apprentices so they can carry on our traditions and high standards. The teams fit your bespoke windows and doors while keeping the disruption to you minimal. This includes cleaning up after themselves and removing the rubbish when they’re done. It’s the little things like this that we know make a big difference to your experience.
Customer Support
Once we’ve finished the installation, Martin (our Service Engineer) is here for you if any issues crop up. Like you, we want to make sure that your windows and doors remain in good working order throughout the 10-year warranty period (and long after that too).

A friendly welcome awaits both trade and individual customers. Craig and ‘Dynamite’ Dave will use their years of experience to advise you on all things UPVC. Then, whether a front door needs adjusting, or you’re completely redoing some soffits and fascias, they’ll make sure you get the right products from silicone or screws right the way up to custom sized glass.
